Starkville-based sensory toy and fulfillment company ranks ahead of Mattel and Johnson & Johnson
STARKVILLE, Miss. – The Glo Companies, the Mississippi-based maker of Glo Pals, Glo Cubes and Light-Up Library, has been named No. 2 on Fast Company’s 2025 list of the Best Workplaces for Innovators. The annual ranking recognizes companies that build cultures where new ideas thrive, and Glo placed ahead of some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including Mattel and Johnson & Johnson.
Founded as a student project at Mississippi State University, Glo has grown into a global consumer products company that has shipped more than 10 million Glo Pals to families in more than 60 countries. Along the way, the company has expanded into publishing and launched Glo Fulfillment, a third-party logistics operation that helps other brands ship their products.
